Yvonne Ethel Tiddy

It is with deep grief and gratitude we announce the peaceful passing of Yvonne, on Saturday, 16th August 2025, at Matamata Country Lodge. Aged 96 ½ years. Beloved wife of the late Osborn, reunited after 33 years apart. Treasured Mother, Grandma, Great Grandma, Aunt, Great Aunt, Friend, Teacher, Gardener, Pianist and Inspiration. Arohanui from Margaret (Moogie), Richard, Howard, Bruce and Nat, and our families. “The greatest woman in the world” A celebration of Yvonne’s life will be held in the Matamata Baptist Church, Tower Road, on Friday, the 22nd of August 2025, at 1pm.
